Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes are allowed after booking.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to appointment date to avoid fees.

50% of total booking fee will be charged for any appointments canceled after the 72 hour grace period.

Less than 24 hour notice or no-show will be charged full booking appointment amount.

No call, no-shows will be banned from any future bookings.

Late Policy

All services offered are time sensitive!

Clients have a 10 minute grace period (with notice.) After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee with be added to remaining appointment balance.

After 15 minutes, if service is still rendered, it will be $1 per minute.

Fill Policy

A fill requires at least 25 remaining lashes per eye for a total of 50.

Fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of last appointment. More than 3 weeks after last appointment will be considered a full new set and client will be charged as such.

If a fill is booked and at the time of appointment client actually requires a full set, there may not be time for servicing and there will be a 30% charge.

Payment Methods

All appointments require a card for booking but card will not be charged until after service is performed or in the event of cancellation or no call, no-shows. Please see above for more information.

Cash or card on file via booking site are accepted, but cash is highly preferred.

Card fees:

  • 3.5% convenience fee
  • 7.44% service sales tax
  • 6% retail tax

Refunds

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

If a client has any issues with their services, they must reach out directly within 48 hours in order to work on a remedy.

After 48 hours, client will be charged regular price for any touchups/fixes depending on state of lashes/services rendered.

Clients must confirm additional appointments for any touchups, issues, or dissatisfaction.

Ocala Appointments

Appointments in Ocala must be completed via DM on Instagram. Space is limited in Ocala, so book early!
